The act of herding loitering bums from an area via drone or any other means of non-violent suggestion.

I was able to shew away a group of bums breaking into the store last night by bumherding them with a drone.

Grabing on to the bumper of a stopped car and then haveing them pull you along as they go. This is done only when the streets are ice or snow covered so that the bumperer can just slide along as the car goes.

Despite the fact that there are those who may tell you otherwise, it needs to remain clear that 'bumbering' is not a "British" word, but rather just a made-up one.
