Bullcrastinating

The lack of action or bullshitting also known as procrastination with a lame excuse behind it.

My mother takes forever to do anything because she is always bullcrastinating. She was supposed to pick me up hours ago but still has yet to get ready for talking about irrelevant bullshit.

when someone is holding the pipe/bong after hitting it but not passing it along the circle due to being distracting or high.
