Blizzed
To release a product that is flawed having various aspects of said product or service be completely unusable even though it is for sale on the market or considered completed. Additionally, to provide substandard customer service in effect ignoring the issue(s) when a customer reports them.
Man they really Blizzed up that Obama care ... or ... I called my cell phone company because I don't get reception and they totally Blizzed out and hung up on me.

Brizzette is a type of rare name to find, but she is out there. As hard as it to find a brizzette, its the same with her personality. She is a very special girl. That being her best friend will make you fall in love. She is the type of girl that you would consider love at first sight. She is usually a popular girl but not like the other. She is kind hearted and is into sports and school. She is very smart and will be one of the best kids at school. Once you have a brizzette keep her because she is one to keep. She one of the most rarest and kind heart girl out there. Not to forgot she also one of the most prettiest.

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
