Brangle 

The strange, and unavoidable, tendancy of cutting a fresh loaf of bread at a horizontal and/or vertical angle. This is very similar to a changle (cutting cheese at an angle) and the less common mangle (meat).

Guy: This fondue bread is sooo fancy.
