A boy removal occurs when a transgirl egg or boymoder gets fucked (usually in the
ass) in such a hard, thorough, and validating way that it cracks her shell or convinces her to transition socially. That is, she "gets the boy fucked out of her", stops trying to live as someone that she
never really was, and embraces her true self. Usually a boy removal is followed by changes in wardrobe, a renewed commitment to self-care (especially HRT), and a
sweet, clingy attachment to the
lover that gave her the push she needed.
