These posts, when made by baby-boomers, are typically a way of voicing some level of concern and/or contempt for what they consider "typical millennial" behavior. When posted by other millennials, they are typically a way of that person showing contempt for his/her own generation.

Most often you will find this regards developers who were huge advocates of a specific vendor that is notorious for pushing sub-par software packages on the industry for profit (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, IBM).
Typically stacks filled with boomercode feature a wide set of redundant infrastructure, overengineering, technical debt and obscure proprietary softwares with no real value, such as EDI. The authors of such code typically also mock modern web standards and design practices. All while being unable to give a coherent explanation of their design choices.
