Bob Hope

Slang for a sucker at the poker table because he loses ("donates") all his money.
Nick is such a Bob Hope; all he does it go all-in.

Bob Hope Spot

A term used when one receives a close parking spot that is not handicapped. Bob Hope was an old man, but not worthy of said handicapped spot, resulting in him attempting to get the closest spot possible. Can be altered with the addition of relatives (i.e. aunt, niece) to describe further spots.
"Yes! I've got a Bob hope spot!"

"Wow. This is Bob Hope's uncle's granddaughter's spot!"

To be told that you have absolutely no chance of what you're asking for is going to happen.
Colleague 1: "I wander if the boss will let me go home half hour early.
Colleague 2: "lol, you haven't got a Bob Hope mate!"
