A square bitch looks and dresses average, will have a boring job, be very religious, sexually unadventurous, monogamous or virginal, very politically correct, passive aggressive and although outwardly pleasant and polite, will harbour a shit ton of resentment and hostility which is seen only by those closest to her.

She also feels a vehement dislike for hot, confident and popular guys and girls because they make her feel inadequate and threaten her tenuous self esteem which she desperately tries to hold together. For this reason she'll resort to some pretty underhanded and shady actions in order to covertly sabotage them which might seem shocking and unexpected given her demure and affable appearance.

That's a bitch who's either too oblivious to know or too scared to try out most of the kinkier and more adventurous activities in life that she actually would love to do if she knew how to and/or was more bold and honest with herself about her true desires. She'll also usually either publicly or privately criticise people who are more adventurous and daring than she is, which in fact is a ploy she uses to disguise her jealousy.

Square bitches are often found in the company of fellow squares as misery loves company.
Sometimes, good-looking people are blindsided by her charming and innocent seeming appearance and allow her into their circle usually in hopes of turning her out. This is a foolhardy and adangerous endeavour as she isn't nearly as innocent as she seems. What's more? Her deep seated resentment and bitterness will surely sting you in ways you never envisaged when you least expect.

The striver is an interesting phenomenon that is seen across college campuses. In essence, the striver is an over-achiever who comes from a working or middle class family. He may be an immigrant. He may have been a slacker in HS who was "born again" into an academic wunderkind. Or he may just be an over-achiever who is keeping at it.
The striver is willing to sacrifice his social life at the expense of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. The striver is the guy who stays at the library long after you are gone. The striver is the guy who takes 30 credits/semester and considers anything below an A/4.0 failure. The striver doesn't work on campus, he is too busy finding ways to pad his resume instead of working retail or workstudy. The striver lets his grades pay his education by applying to ten scholarships a year.
The striver is a future Soros/Fullbright/Rhodes/Gates/Marshall/etc. fellow. The striver lives to study. For the striver, their fun comes from the rewards they expect to receive in return for their diligence. Be it Law School, B-School, academia, or politics. The striver seeks to find the American Dream through academic success.
