One who is bisexual and has been unsuccessful in finding a same sex mate, but has had heterosexual partners. Derived from bisexual and incel, as in involuntary celibate.

Jessica: I really want to explore my sexuality with another woman but unfortunately I’m a bincel.

Jake: You’re a what?

Jessica: I’m bisexually incel.
