A subordinate insignificant male calls him self this to compensate for his small penis. Usually drives a pickup truck with a lift kit and oversized tires. Also has a larger than normal caliber handgun and or rifle. Often uses the term, "Who's your daddy?" and has a very cocky attitude. see also "phallic symbol".

An incredible difficult to kill monster in Bioshock. The worst part is that you don't necessarily have to kill it, but if you don't you wont get the "little sister" (maybe that's why they call it bigdaddy) and without what she gives you it's very difficult to finish the game, so you have to go through the nigthmare of killing one everytime you see that piece of shit walking around, and if you are a begginer i guarantee you'll die at least 3 times before killing one but tha's the fun of the game zD.
