This is a term that Beliebers aka dedicated Justin Bieber fans - use. It means fantastic but in an even better way of saying fantastic.
Instead of saying, "OMG that's fantastic!", they will say "OMB --Oh my Bieber --Justin Bieber's body, eyes, and hair is just too BIEBTASTIC for you to handle."
