Ben Casey
A person who is fat and sassy and also a ginger kid/adult. Typically believed to have no soul. Ben Casey's are generally offended by ginger jokes and call everyone a 'dick' for saying something, however will admit to being a ginger and that just sets off more jokes to be had. This person usually sits at home in his room and plays Rock Band games all day and 'fap fap fap's all night to the thought of anybody he can get off to.
guy 1: that kid is such a Ben Casey.
guy 2: yeah, all he does is play Rock Band and fap all the time.
guy 1: yeah, it's not a surprise since he's a ginger.
