A corner shop with an off licence, that specialises in serving cheap, poor quality alcohol. These people seem to have a licence allowing them to sell beer to anyone over 12 years old.

Beef-Off

This is the act of two beefy people competing in an activity. A beef-off is not capable to taking place if one or both of the people are not buff or beefy, if you will. These activities may be: leap frog, checkers, trivial pursuit, telephone, cavity searches, and so on and so forth. This word is not to be taken dirtily or odly. This word must be seriously taken, and if not, flaming pixies will fall out of the sky and stick there various apendages in the false users ear. Use wisely.
"Do you see those beefy people?" "Yeah, They are partaking in a beef-off. Dumby"

A Beeroff, Beer-off or Beer off is a colloquialism for an "OFF-LICENCE", commonly shortened to "Offy", a shop or other commercial outlet which is allowed to sell beer, wines and spirits to be consumed OFF the premises, unlike pubs, bars and similar places which are LICENCED to sell alcoholic beverages to be consumed ON the premises.
I'm just popping round to the beeroff to grab a few tinnies of lager.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
