By tradition, the Barbed Shrock must be inserted all the way, held in for two minutes, and then pulled out viciously. Often pulling out the lower intestine with it. There are variations to this method of punishment. Such as sometimes the partner of the offender must eat their lower intestine after it has been pulled out.
