bad bag of dope 

1. Any amount of a non-specific drug (commonly weed), that appears to be acceptable, but is so bad that upon ingestion you realize it was not worth the time, money and effort. There is a probability a sizable portion will go unused.

2. Can be referred to a person you had high hopes for but let's you down.

"Man! This weed is a bad bag of dope! I aint even high! I'll bag the rest up and sell it to some duck."

Down Bad Bag 

When you’re out of weed and or down bad and you need a small bag for a fix, usually to go to sleep in the middle of the night. More than likely nobody will deliver unless you have a Plug / Friend who’s up all night tripping, and more than likely needs to re up
