A person who likes to back out in every transactions or promises.
Someone said to buy/trade items but pull out in the last minute.

"Ken said he is going to buy that game, but instead he backed out, what a backoutter!"

Dave: "I am going to buy that doll for a girl if you buy one too."
Me: "Sure I can do that."
Dave: "Wait, I am not going to buy it."
Me: "What a backoutter...."

A backpatter(s) is an individual or group that continously and annoyingly speaks well of themselves. Anyone that says something that would warrant a "good for you!" response (or in other cases, STFU).

First of all, Most social media posts.
Example 1: Look at me, I lost ten pounds! I'm a backpatter.
Example2: I went to the strip club and didn't even pay for a dance! I'm a backpatter.
Example 3: Hey man. I had sex with this chick! (...Shows you a chick on a phone) I'm a backpatter.
Example 4: Hey everybody! Got my vaccine. I'm a backpatter.
Example 5: I gave $10 in church today! I'm a backpatter.
Example 6: Hey, I'm 2 Pac and I had sex with a porn star. I'm a backpatter.
