Q.B.S.

Quivering Butthole Syndrome. A condition in which the individual has uncontrollable quivering, or twitching of the anus. In severe cases the entire perineal area is involved in these spasms.

Today Jesse had to call in to work due to a severe flare up of his poorly treated Q.B.S. his anus simply wouldn't quit twitching and leaking fluids.
