B.B.S. (Burning Butthole Syndrome)

Medical diagnosis describing a syndrome characterized by:
-Burning sensation of anus upon defecating
-Painful release of fecal matter
-Waddling post-defecation

Often accompanied by: tears, need for preparation H, and is often directly related to spicy foods or constipation.
