A person who craves attention and wants it as much as they can but cant seem to get it as much as they want.

Attention Starved 

people that most likely didn’t get much attention as an child, so now that they’re older they’re willing to do anything to grasp someone’s attention. (whether it’s using manipulation tactics or emotional abuse)

Lisa said to her therapist, “I just need to be seen 24/7. I need someone to notice me, I hate being in a room full of people and the spotlight isn’t on me.”
The therapist sighed, “Lisa, you’re attention starved.”
