When you are dreading and worrying about doing something so much you do it earlier than intended.

"Did you do your homework last night"
"Yeah, I was gonna wait till 8 but I anti-procrastinated and did it at 7"

The act of avoiding work or a task that you do not want to complete by using your time to perform a less annoying, but nevertheless productive task.

Today, antiprocrastination got the best of me. I cleaned my house to avoid writing my essay.
