ADPhi is a social fraternity that started in 1832, at Hamiliton College. The fraternity started as a literary society, but became more of a regular social fraternity in the twentieth century. There is a BIG difference between the "The Fraternity" vs "The Society". The fraternity is an actually male only fraternity, the functions separately from the Society (co-ed).
