Adnoyance

A portmanteau of advertising and annoyance. It describes the specific flash of rage or deep weariness triggered by intrusive marketing. It occurs when a TV show cuts to a commercial break right at the climax, or when a 30-second unskippable digital ad plays before a 10-second clip

"I was right in the middle of the season finale when the adnoyance kicked in—six back-to-back commercials interupted my pleasure."

the combination of arrogance and ignorance
- to be clueless and prideful of one's attitude at the same time
- embracing the concept that you believe you are way more important than your are in reality
- a confidence in not knowing as much as you portray

The author's agnorance was on complete display as they took credit for creating a word.
