It is a Bengali word which refers to giving unnecessary importance/attention to someone.

Also it means a cute unicorn-like personality who can pull off sexy dresses very well and has a lot of confidence.

Ashkara is not of Hebrew origin. It is an Arabic word that means "duh/obviously/spot on". Can be used in many different contexts.

Some Jewish people in Israel use the word, but are unaware that it's Arabic. They subconsciously learnt it from Arabs.
