An Armbourdor, found in nearly every take-out/delivery pizza joint in the country, is the little plastic lid support placed in take out order boxes. The purpose of an Armbourdor is functional in nature. The idea is that you can stack multiple boxes with out fear of smashed pizza. Armbourdor.
