" A Gargle of Dicks " refers to a gathering of dicks, as such the same sort of term one would use to describe a gathering of dragons ( A Bonfire of Dragons )

There where three cowboys set to square off in a ballet of blood, but with only through it could not be considered a gargle of dicks.

a gaggle of porch dicks 

when someone within a group of 3 or more yells disparaging or negative comments as per a porch dick, But has left the safety of his porch with 2 or more mates that act as a metaphorical, yet presumably as safe, porch while still being 100% a dick.

If it was just him saying all that shit I would have done something. But you can't expect me to fight a gaggle of porch dicks by myself.
