4 O'clock special

Australian slang term for a hot and wet thunderstorm during the summer months. These thunderstorms hit almost exactly the same time (4pm) every day during the october/november period.

The storms and terminology have fallen out of use recently due to the evil boogeyman known as "global warming"

"Is that thunder?"
"Ya, it's 4 O'clock"
"4 O'clock special then?"

4 o'clock Fever Syndrome

A syndrome that causes fevers occuring every twelve hours at the hours of 0400 and 1600. The cause of these fevers is of unknown etiology and can usually be cured with coca cola.

That kid has 4 o'clock Fever Syndrome.

A response to when someone asks for the time; universal time. A yelled or exclaimed phrase to bring shock to the person who asked the question.

"What time is it?"
"4 o'clock!"

(Person 2 responded to Person 1 in a sudden shout, bringing shock and confusion.)
