Something that someone says that they think is funny, but it is actually not. In fact, it is really annoying and usually they are the only ones to laugh at their own joke.

1. "Look, Mr. Wright! I have glitter on my hands! *insert sound of someone who is silly like BB's laughter this is ALWAYS annoying and puts strain on one's nerves. Sometimes, the aforementioned laughter results in a splitting headache.*"
