the get up kids 

Formed in 1995 in Kansas. Members include Matt Pryor, James DeWees, Rob Pope, Ryan Pope, and Jim Suptic. They play a uniquely midwestern brand up emo/power-pop, but are disbanding in early July, 2005. Their first album, Four Minute Mile remains one of their best, but Something To Write Home About will most likely stand the test of time as the cult favorite. Their long lifespan has lead to the rise of many other bands playing similarly styled music, and will continue to do so years from now. We're going to miss them.

the glare of disgust 

It's that look you get from somebody who enters the restroom as you are exiting after having dropped a particularly smelly dump.Many times the unsuspecting victim will stop dead in their tracks as if they had walked into an invisible wall.They may even be taken aback a step or two. The matter is further complicated if the victim is a friend or acquaintance. Future relations will certainly be diminished because you will always be associated with the smell of your shit.

The principal walked into the men's room just as I flushed my mess. The glare of disgust told me I may not graduate this year.

The Glen 

When you get so drunk on wine and pass out on your bed. After you inevitablely wake up to shit you are too drunk to wipe your ass and go back to bed leaving a brown skid mark. Your wife eventually smells your shit and has to wipe your ass and the left over nuggets for you as well as buying new sheets.
