a nickname for a person who rejects financial education or news about economy changes. In some cases, stability and properties of other people may irritate them. Usually, he/she may struggle with money, which can lead to giving unprofessional and harmful advices to others about money (purposely due to envy or by mistake).
"More than four financels advised me to give up the best job offer I could get in this economy. They can't stay calm when they see someone trying to succeed."
