This 'word' is derived from a widespread mispronunciation of the word 'paralytic' and means extremely drunk.
Although widely used this word does not exist in the written form.

paralist

A paralist is a person who is a ParaPara enthusiast and/or dancer. Paralist usually refers to the dancers and is almost never used in context of an enthusiast.

Most paralists refilm official ParaPara club dances and post them for all to see and learn from. Some even come up with their own routines and film them as well.

Paralists used to be far and few outside of Japan, but since ParaPara is booming, the number of Paralists are increasing.

Parallel Universe

A mechanic in the 1996 Nintendo 64 game, Super Mario 64. Because of how the game processes Mario's position, it is possible to be really far from the actual level while still able to interact with the floors and walls, as if another copy of the floors and walls were there, hence the name "parallel universe". It was made popular by TASer pannenkoek2012 in his YouTube video "SM64 - Watch for Rolling Rocks - 0.5x A Presses (Commentated)", in which he abused this mechanic to obtain a star while keeping the jump button held the whole time.

Paralyzed

When you are so hurt that you start feeling numb to any kind of pain and gradually you loose yourself and every word you say, sounds like it came from someone else and you don't feel anything, you search for feelings but their aren't any, when you want to feel something...anything...or sometimes nothing and you know you are paralyzed.
