When you stand on a street corner or within a crowded area and annoy them with political rhetoric until they pay you to shut up.

I payed my way through college by filibusking outside of city hall.

An extended interval of loud/tempestuous monologue/dialogue that's intended to bully down and/or suppress opposition/suspicion, without actually providing any true validity or solid tangible proof that the proffered opinions/assertions are actually reasonable, accurate, etc.

Nobody listened to Bill Clinton's filibluster about "For the record, I did **NOT** **HAVE** **SEXUAL** **RELATIONS** with that woman." And they aren't listening to him now, either, especially since it was later revealed that he had indeed "gotten some".

Fillbuster

No amount of this is going to stop me from stabbing the first kid I get within arms reach of.

Hym "Don't let a media fillbuster get your kids killed. I'm not going to stop until I get the credit and the money and if they don't stop I'm not going to. Make the pundits end the fillbuster and don't let that Kilmar Abredo Garcia step one foot in America before they address the surveillance and the theft of my property. Make them stop fillbustering. Any means necessary. They do not care about my rights so don't let them invoke thier rights. Don't let them throw your kids life away in the name of 'standing up to bullies.' That isn't what they are doing here. They have already gotten your kids killed in Uvalde. They have already gotten your kids killed in Santa fe. They have gotten the parents in Waukesha Wisconsin killed. Don't let them do it again. Make them stop. Make them talk. Make them admit they were wrong because they are still covering up the fact that they buried a story that has gotten dozen of people killed."
