The word is the customary code of polite behaviour among the experienced festival goers (Festies). The reason for a unique word to describe this code is that it is contrary to all other forms of etiquette; the rules around sharing drugs, no complaining about noise and never being upset about not seeing the person you came until you are leaving,.
