scoop and swoop

the act of using one hand to adjust your boobs inside of your bra. This is accomplished by scooping the breast up in one hand and swooping it off to the side to avoid falling out of your bra, or too much cleavage.

men should not do this, because they should not wear bras and they should not have man-boobs. They can adjust their "junk" but i'm sure there is another name for that.

example: two girls are talking on the bus and the next to them is nodding in agreement to what they're saying or grilling them
