To manually fix an electronic document instead of using search and replace or some other macro. Usually done by someone that does not understand technology.

Since Mike did not know how to use Word, he had to sufferfix the misspelled words in the document

Sufferteer

A dishonorable person who is a profiteer from natural and intentional human suffering. Usually a corrupt politician, dishonest charitable charlatan, or deceitful taxpayer-funded contractor.

The politician that uses excessive regulation to make building homes more expensive, advocates for money printing that drives inflation, subsidizes drug use, encourages unemployment, and whose spouse gets paid a large salary by the taxpayers for homeless services is a Sufferteer.

Shotgun Surgery

When a man pretending to be a doctor uses a shotgun (instead of a scalpel or any other surgical tool) and ends up killing the patient. It ends most times in the stereotypical black nurse cracking wise.
