Tweetfaced

When writing an update on Facebook, you use the same phrase or thought directly after on your Twitter. Also using a recently posted tweet as a new Facebook status update.

"Did you see that? Sarah posted about her graduation party on Facebook, then tweeted it right after! Bitch got tweetfaced."

"I got so excited about going to Vegas I got tweetfaced, so everyone would know about it."

There's a huge party and this super drunk chick stumbles onto your lap and she says "oh sorry hahaha" that's when you request to see her tweetas like so " this music is so loud is it comin from yo tweetas???" as you look at her breasts, then when she realizes what your insinuating you will quickly realize if your going to see some boobs and maybe get laid or if she's gonna call you a pig if she does she will also relay that message to her friends ruining your chance for any action that night... If she laughs you got a shot if not ,.. Well it's worth a shot

v. - the act of reading the tweets that one receives out loud to one's companions. Usually done with a high level of frequency, such that everyone within earshot has a virtual audio version of a twitter feed.

"Hey! That Popular Food Truck just tweeted that they are outside our building today!"..."Woot! The local Derpmart just tweeted they received a shipment of that seasonal beer we have been looking for!" "Who needs Twitter when you already have all of these tweetalouds?"
