A common practice - most frequently occurring in large INSURANCE companies - wherein corporate whores who are the most moronic imbeciles, inexperienced and completely UNQUALIFIED termites are hired into management based only on who they know and who they blow. They survive solely through their connections- and the hard work of subordinates who need to keep their jobs. These colossal losers make disastrous business decisions, pass off 99% of their responsibilities to others, know nothing about the job and collect huge salaries JUST for being somones old college roommate and full time suckup. A lot of them are male, with a stay at home wife who home schools their useless children.

That frickin idiot has a management job only through corporate incest.

Incel

A member of an online community that is excessively bitter toward the fact that women are not attracted to them, in turn making them insufferable to be around. The term "Incel" is often misused to shame men who simply have no luck with women. Once a man realises that women are not attracted to him, there are three main philosophical paths to take:

*Denial: Unable to accept the idea that women only consider personality in absence of genetically attractive characteristics, they become whiteknightsor nice guys.

*Anger: They've realised that women are never going to be attracted to them, and instead of learning to accept it they grow bitter and angry to the point that they have been responsible for a few mass shootings in the past (It's worth noting that for every man who does this, thousands more kill themselves). These are Incels.

*Acceptance: They've realised that women are never going to be attracted to them. They discover r/MGTOW, figure out why women aren't attracted to them and cease all pursuit of women, in favour of hobbies and male comradery. The MGTOW philosophy is related to Absurdism.

In recent years, the term Incel has lost all meaning via its use at an increasing frequency by twitter thots and feminists to describe any man who isn't an alpha male and will not simp for them.

"Harrison is a legitimate Incel. He told me that women are disgusting for not having sex with him, and he hasn't even had a shower in days."
"What do you mean I can't be wildly promiscuous throughout my prime and then expect a financially stable, attractive, genuinely good man to commit to me? What are you, an Incel?
