The locals like to sail, shop for expensive shoes at the trading company, feast on fair trade coffee and lobster sandwiches, and drive Daddy’s BMW. Most of the folk that work for this lot make minimum wage and work at Tim Horton’s or the Save Easy. They carefully save their pay so they, too, can buy a rambling mansion overlooking the cove or preferably, one built on an island.
Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, is a great place to drive your beamer while sipping Perrier and pretend your shit doesn't stink. Make sure you tip the working locals who work hard to maintain the illusion of wealth and prosperity.
