Many members can't pay for extra therapist appointments, so they use this group as a substitute. The only thing worse than the members, are the mods who seek any form of attention and the illusion of having any authority or control, of which their lives are completely devoid .
When I was a tween, I felt like I had no friends so I joined r/unpopularopinion. When I got older, I was denied a part-time job as a mall cop, so I became a mod for r/unpopularopinion. It makes me feel important and tweens must respect my authoritaah!
