A modern term for Cerebral Palsy Victims

The term spastic came to be viewed as a general insult to physically disabled people and "The Spastics Society" changed to its current name "Scope" in 1994. As such Cerebral Palsy sufferers now prefer to be refered to as Scope Bombs.

Bus Driver: "Weak, that Spastic is drooling all over my bus window"
Passenger 1: "Dude, not cool. They prefer to be called Scope Bombs"
Bus Driver: "My bad"

The scope dopes in sonar control carefully watched the contact on their screen trying to determine of it was an actual submarine.

Scope Lag

Scope lag is a specific type of lag in Battlefield:Bad Company where the reticule of the scope first appears to be misaligned with the scope itself. Then when you move the left thumb-stick, the reticule moves while the entire black screen stays. if the lag is bad enough, you can move away from the black screen and even see your hands.It's really annoying.

Scope lag is a reminder that it's just a game because scope lag doesn't happen in real life-hopefully.

scope creep

A person who needs to continuously drink a lot of Scope due to bad breath and/or a dependence on the mind altering effects of Scope. Also displays a tendency to ramble incessantly and go well beyond the point of a conversation. See def #1, above.

Try to avoid Marc if you can. He's a Scope Creep and will corner you for hours with his yuckmouth and rambling about nothing.
