is a slang term for an action, intentional or not, that serves to prevent someone from reaching their full potential and goals to being well compensated. Such behavior is often motivated by greed, jealousy, competitiveness, or pettiness, although it is sometimes accidental. A mogulblocker is a person who engages in such obstruction usually for his/her own gain.
