A term of endearment used to describe the best president in history. This term has been reclaimed by proud conservatives after anti American idiots started using the term because they sympathise with foreign dictators and have gone bat shit crazy since Trump got elected, and conservatives are finding their meltdowns hilarious. They have blamed hurricanes on him, and would now rather see America blown up by a rocket man rather than ever admit their president is right.
