When you add a little to much bro in your morning protein shake, it scientifically proven when one adds to much bro into their shake it is no longer classified as a mere protein shake but it becomes a brotein shake.

Often used to describe people who like to refer to themselves as alphas and flex their gains to their bros and can be seen boasting about how much they get laid regardless of how much they actually get laid, and how fucked up they got last weekend.
