The equivalent of the male friend-zone- only, for females.

Being mom-zoned is the difference of being asked for a sandwich as opposed to a sammich.

Being friend zoned, but ten times worse because its even harder to get out of.

Blake: nah brah.
Shawn: ya know how he liked Hannah?
Blake: yeah, they were hittin it off real good last i. checked
Shawn: turns out he got bestie zoned!
Blake: no way! That sucks big time, i would rather be friend zoned
Shawn: i know!

(Probably no longer in use), however, the South Shore of Mass in the late 70s used "zooed" to mean: To put someone in an embarassing situation that they don't understand, yet everyone else is laughing at them....

Jane drove into the student parking lot in her dad's car, not knowing that eight jock straps and a 12 pack were dragging behind her tail pipe, she was wicked zooed.....
