Mitski

Mitski is a Japanese-American music artist. Mitski makes music for people who are insecure, or have some type of dysphoria and dysmorphia. For me, Mitski saves me time and time again. When I feel suicidal or upset, listening to her music reminds me there are people out there who feel the same way I do, and i'm not alone. I relate to Mitski in many ways, as I'm an Asian-American with body dysmorphia, and her music comforts me in a way no one else can. You can never get bored of her music.

Lily: "Oh my god, I just got a Mitski poster!!"
Johan: "Wow! Where'd you get it? I'm a Mitski fan myself."
Jasmine: "Ooooh! My favorite album by Mitski is 'Bury me at Makeout Creek'!"
Lily: "Me too!"
