A youtube user who reports weather and other environmental conditions, from what appears to be a middle school baseball field. He is most famous for a video which encompasses an announcement for a 9.0 earthquake warning for california and surrounding states for september, 2010. Flank99 also seems to think that he is reporting live from his hometown of Whitney Peir. He appears to be slightly mentally challenged, but shows true concern for his followers. At this time, his earthquake video has garnered almost 600,000 views so far in only 8 days.

Frankston

A city south of Melbourne, at the end of the train line, hot spot for drugs and crime. Though going there you risk getting stabbed or attacked by potheads, it's a great place to be.
