Let Tommy out of Prison

This has its origins in London, UK and goes back at least 70 years. I heard it from my Dad and he presumably heard it from his.

It means "to fart" but in a way that is not obvious until the smell hits. The smell is truly criminal, hence the possibility in the eyes of the beholder that its origins may have included a victorian detention centre.
Cheez, lad. Did you just let Tommy out of Prison?

Goldfinger turned on the laser. "Do you expect me to talk?" demanded Bond. "No Mr.Bond" laughed Goldfinger, "I expect you to... fuck me, have you let Tommy out of Prison?"

court-to-prison jester

A man who often started out early in his life as the class clown due to anger and parental neglect, and who later became a regular courtroom laughingstock, then eventually a prison comedian, still having nothing and nobody.
Well I think I’ll have to figure out how to profit from this court-to-prison jester gig, I mean beyond the submissions to Urban Dictionary.

pound-me-in-the-ass prison

A place that is best to avoid. But if you are sent to one, the secret is: kick someone's ass your first day, or become someone's bitch.
"We're not going to minimum-security white-collar resort. No, we're going to a federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison!"

open prison

1.A Prison where you are allowed to leave during the day to go to a place of employment, the pub, score crack or just visit the local children's playground.

2.A term used to describe a Pontins Holiday parks. However, open prisons as described in 1 are probably less grubby and better maintained. They are also frequented by fewer petty criminals.
"I've just been on a mini-break to Pontins near Burnham-on-Sea. Would have had a better time at Strangeways"
"I've heard it's a bit of an open prison"
