The Chuck and Larry

Its a leg stretch that is used before strenous exercises. Involves crossing one leg over your other leg and reeling your hands back, lifting your ass off the ground. Called the chuck and larry because it looks like a gay pose, but really isnt.

"Alright everyone, time for the Chuck and Larry!"
"Chuck and Larry stretch everyone!"

A polite gesture used to make a bad joke less awkward. But, in turn, creates an increasingly more awkward situation.

Often used at small cocktail gatherings with not enough hard liquor available, and weddings with cash bars.

At Uncle Grayson's funeral, Marly told that completely innapropriate joke that caused the awkward chuckle to ripple throughout the room.
