Riley

A beautiful girl who is very laid back. She has nice hair and a smile that you could look at for forever. She will do anyone for anyone as long as it will make them happy, even if she doesn't benefit from it. Riley absolutely loves animals and will always help them. Her friends will often fall for her which troubles her a lot, but she will always be there for them. When it comes to relationships she will be faithful no matter what and is always in it for the long run. Trust her with long distance, and don't worry about small things because she will be there no matter what.

rule 0

a.k.a. "The GM is always right."

The unwritten rule in tabletop role-playing games (such as Dungeons & Dragons) which grants the game master the right to suspend or override the published game rules whenever s/he deems necessary.

Similar to a house rule; however, rule zero may be invoked unilaterally, at any time and does not have to be agreed upon in advance by the players.

When abused, can lead to an inconsistent, confusing, or frustrating experience for the players.
Bob: I climb up the wall and into the wizard's castle, bypassing the defenses. I rolled a 20, so I succeed.
GM: The wall is magically warded against climbing. You fail.
Bob: But a 20 is an automatic success!
GM: Rule 0. You fail.

59-Minute Rule

Refers to the practice of letting employees leave work an hour early. The term derives from the military, where supervisors are often not permitted to let their personnel leave early, but ARE permitted to grant their staff breaks, as long as they are less than 1 hour. On special occasions, a supervisor can work around the prohibition on early excusal by giving the staff a 59-minute break at the very end of the day; thus allowing them to leave about an hour early. The "59-Minute Rule" is often put into effect on the Friday before a three-day weekend.

small penis rule

A literary device in which a writer inserts a real-life person into their book in a very unflattering way. To ward off a potential lawsuit, the writer gives the character an unfavorable attribute, typically a small penis. That way, the real-life person is unlikely to protest his characterization, because by doing so he would be admitting that he has a small penis.
Shirley had always hated Officer John Lyons, ever since he'd slept with her mother. To get revenge, when she published her latest book one of the minor characters was a man named Officer Jon Lions.

Officer Lions had trouble with the ladies because of his small penis and the fact that he could only stay hard by watching beastiality porn.

Officer Lyons wanted to sue, but couldn't bring himself to do so because everyone on the force would then know he had a small penis.

Once again, the small penis rule worked perfectly.

Baba O'Riley

The 1971 smash hit by The Who. One of the first songs to use a synthesizer as a lead instrument.

One of the most epic songs in existence to this date, not even beaten out by "Don't Stop Believin'", by Journey.

Often called "Teenage Wasteland" because of the lyrics.
I put on my headphones and played Baba O'Riley on my walkman as I walked away from high school, never to return. Teenage wasteland indeed.
