When a human is killed or very seriously injured by the very powerful tail of a whale.

Last year, off the pacific coast during whale season (a time the humpback whales come to mate and give birth annually) a woman was killed by a whale that was either breeching or flapping it's tail, it tragically tailsmushed her.
