A combination of "shloshed" and "lit". Meaning that you are drunk to the point of very limited function but you feel incredibly rapturous. Can also be used to describe an Event involving lots of alcohol and shocking and/or awesome happenings.

Military/Prison
huge, stinking room full of toilets not separated by privacy walls were funky, dirty-ass soldiers or prisoners defecate and urinate often at the same time.
